During the content gathering process, we were able to calculate and quantify some incredible statistics.

After seeing these stats, I thought about Malcolm Gladwell and his reference to the 10,000-hour rule. He explained that to do something really well requires a 10,000 hour commitment.  Everyone at BackOffice is proud of our collective 7,000,000+ hours dedicated to customer success, and it’s all focused on one area – Data.  We really, really, know data well.
